Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I am a green card holder. I recently got married in another country. A month after, I found out that my husband got married to me for green card purposes. Can my husband get to file on his own amd travel to the US without my help? Also what can I do to stop him from using me to get to the United States?

He can't get a 'green card' without your help and your petition. At this step, you are the one in charge of his immigration process. He can't just go to the embassy and request a green card as your husband without your petition being approved, etc.

If you don't want to stay married, you can always get a divorce in USA.
