Hello,my husband and i have been together for 4 years and married for 8 months.He cam here illegally 7 years ago and we were hoping to get some advise on how he can become legal in this country.Every person has a different answer to this.We are looking for the right answer.Please help in guiding us on our way.

Unless he is under 245(i) through another petition prior to April 30, 2001, he must do the Consulate Processing and the Waiver of the 10 year bar.
