Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I-751

Hi, I need to file I-751. Two years ago, for the first interview we had to find a con-sponsor because my husband doesnt have officially his business. Now, it is the same situation. We filed taxes together for last year, over $30.000. Do I need a co-sponsor or not?

Re: I-751

Why did your husband fail to use the past two years to sort out his business officially?

Does your husband have a Tax ID number, i.e., EIN?

Has your husband registered/published his business?

Where is the co-sponsor you used two years ago, are you still in contact with him?

Re: I-751

You don't need to submit an Affidavit of Support with your I-751. Therefore, you don't need a co-sponsor.
