Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

What information and how should I word withdrawal letters, that are not due to separation nor divorce, just unforeseen circumstances in which case we will need to move back to Brazil, where I met my husband? Could I just change the address and change where the application is being processed, I saw that if you do the application in Brazil you need to send it to the application center in Chicago, is that possible?
