Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

international f-1 student

hello.

first:2years ago i came to the usa new york city as f-1 student,so been studied for 3-4months and later on i fall into out of status than a year passed and my visa expired and its gonna be 2 years that i am illegal..so be please give me a hint or any direction to be legaly in nyc.thanks

If your most recent I-94 card indicates D/S, you are out of status, but you are not subject to the 3 or 10 year bars.
