International passort expiration
I am an H1B worker who recently got a renewal notice . My international passport has expired and I am not able to return to my home country to get the new visa stamp unless my passport is renewed.I already have petition documents which expires 2011.
Do I need to file any documents with uscis before the old visa deadline passes on jan31st2009?
