You could be eligible to apply for a waiver of the 2-year requirement. However, more information is needed regarding your specific facts and circumstances in order to properly assess what options are open to you. You should consult an immigration attorney in navigating this process.

Your eligiblity to apply for a green card in the US will depend on whether you are subject to the two year home residency requirement (not all J-1 visa holders are subject to it) and if you will be eligible to apply for a waiver. You should consult with an immigration attorney to determine your eligiblity.
