Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

llc and immigration

Is it possible for a non resident alien entrepeneur to start a llc in the us and then hire two illegal aliens (who are already residing in the us) from his country of origin to run his business in the us while he returns to his country and sponsor their green card?

Based on the limited information provided, it's difficult to provide you with an appropriate answer to this question. More facts are needed concerning the aliens, such as when and how they entered the country and whether an immigrant petition has ever been filed on their behalves (you say illegal, but I don't want to make any assumptions about what you mean by this). Furthermore, it would help to know what country you're from and what kind of business this is. There are a lot of other issues to highlight as well, but again it would benefit you to sit down with an immigration lawyer and discuss the matter in full detail.
