How long does it take for my mother (a US citizen) to sponsor me, as I am married & over 21 years old & living without status in the USA. About how many years?

You will not be able to adjust status because you live in USA illegally/out of status. The only exception, if you are petitioned for by a US citizen spouse or a child over 21. Or if you are protected by the section 245i. Otherwise, it doesn't matter how many years you will have to wait, as at the end, you will not be eligible for adjustment of status.

For priority times, you can look in the Visa Bulletin. You need to provide your country of birth, and this would be the 3-rd family-based category.

It depends if any petition haw ever been filed for you and when. If not, you might not be able to adjust you status since you live here illegally (unless you marry a U.S. Citizen who petition for you).
