is marriage the answer

my boyfriend was pulled over and he was driving on a suspended . when they ran his name they found out that he had missed his deportation hearing. we were suspose to get married but if we get married now will that stop him from being deported???

Most likely, your boyfriend was ordered deported/removed "in absentia" (meaning in his absence, when he failed to appear in court). Depending on when the judge entered this order against him, your boyfriend may have a lengthy bar against him from trying to now adjust his status (based upon marriage).

However, depending on the circumstances under which your boyfriend failed to appear in court, there might be a way to reopen his case. If he is detained, this should be done sooner rather than later!
