Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I married a US citizen. We've been married for over 2 years. He recently packed up and left me. I got a letter from immigration to appear for our AOS interview. My husband does not want to come and says that I should go on my own. I've finished school, I work and pay my own bills. Will i get deported? I want to go on the interview and show them that I came to this country with good intentions. Do I still have a chance? I really need help.

It depends on whether there was abuse involved, depends also how long ago you filed for green card. You should contact a lawyer to explore your options.
