Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
In October 2011 with my husband we sent I-751,got I-797C EXTENSION LETTER.Now we waiting.Had job interview in Surgicenter as a nurse,with expired green card,show them extension letter ,they gave me to fill 1-9form,for verification,how long it takes to verify and what?is it means i am going have a hard time because i am in waiting process and nobody going to hire me?

The I-9 shows you have eligibility to work. The extension letter is sufficient for that purpose.
