Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

passport and nationality
I am an ethnic German born in Croatia, my mother was born in Slovenia, my first wife was Danish, my second wife is English, I live in EU for more then ten years already (London, Venice, Paris, Amsterdam), but my passport expired and now I am in Oslo without any passport and nationality, willing to pay for any passport I can get legaly (Slovenian, German, refugee, makes no difference to me).
Oslo is not in States, and I couldn't place the ad other way then by choosing the US state and ZIP-code, but this case is international anyway. If no American lawyer thinks it's interesting, maybe you can recommend me an European lawyer with American logic and efficency, but I'm not sure that there is one.
