Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I recently legally changed my name. i am filling a form N-656 for a naturalization certification replacement. Part 1 of the form asks for personal identification information such as family name, given name, address... do i enter my new legal name as the name or my old name under which my naturalization certificate was originally issued?

On Form N-565, you enter your current legal name at Part 1 & the name issued on your natz certificate at Part 3.
