renewing green card
i am a new york state resident, and i had a problem on 1989 about 19 years ago. 1)i want to renew my greencard. would i have a problem with re-newing it 2) i had about 10 years withpout traveling and just about 3 years ago i traveled.. would i be able to travel without a problem next time

Depends on the charges you had and depends on how long you were outside US 3 years ago. You consult an attorney.
