Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

can my stepdad sponsor me while hes in prison, he isnt comming out any time soon and hes been in prison since i was 12. im currently 20 and want to adjust my status.

Hello:

It is possible, but there is the affidavit of support requirement. He should do this immediately before you turn 21 so you may be able to get under the CSPA.
