Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

my wife is being charged with criminal treaspass in the third degree which is a misdemeanor she all ready has a green card will that affect her in any way for immigrations/naturalization later she is from korea

im in the us army and her sponcor

we are about to pcs back to korea

Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree is not what immigration considers a crime of moral turpitude, so no it will not affect her application. However, you should contact my firm about getting the charges dismissed all together.
