Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York

i got a 250,000 dollar policy on myself for my wife to receive should i die from new york life insurance company, my wife is chinese the agent is chinese the agent came to my apt , brought a doctor to draw my blood and take my blood pressure, this was 2 years ago , he brought one form for me to sighn which i did they spoke their native language to eachother my wife and the agent and doctor ,only speaking in english for me to roll up my sleeve for blood to be drawn and when to sighn the document at the end, it was my wife who found the agent and advised me to get life insurance , well ,now i am leaving her ,and i was told i cannot cancel the policy because she is total owner of the policy, i sighned off my rights with out my knowledge, i was also told that day it was accidental death policy , but i found out it is a 20 year term policy for 26.15 cents per month till 2027 sept, i was making the payments until i found this out i had no rights, she is now making the payments before policy lapsed, im not a foolish man i would never sighn off my rights to my policy for my wife, shes abusive and is having relationship with the insurance agent who sold us the policy, how can i cancel this policy please help me . im worried for my life .she said she would kill me . or hire someone to do it . please help me. sincerely johnathon e fogarty.
