Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York

No-fault arbitration

Dear Sir or Madam:

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 05-04-2004 in Long Island City, NY; as a consequence I became disabled by 02-03-2005. According to American Transit Insurance Co. my benefits was denied because I was working at the time of the accident and Workers Compensation should be my only source of recovery.

However, in 05-31-2006 I filed for arbitration for the period ending 06-02-06 and award was given to my advantage. But American Transit appealed to master arbitrator and decision of the master arbitrator was to my advantage. However, I did the arbitration without an attorney and did not represent my income accurately.

I am trying to locate an attorney who will represent me in filling arbitration for the period from 06-02-06 until present.

Thank you,
