Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York

I'm a NYC architect who just won, pro se,a trademark infringement case in US District Court in Del.(though the defendants 5 attys. are appealing to the 3rd Circuit) It's been an exhausting 3 year ordeal, but I find I must now act against 6 or 7 others who've begun using my trademarked name on the internet & refuse to cease. How do I-and where do I-file a TM infringement suit naming several defendants in disparate locales. One of the most difficult aspects of my ordeal was filing in the state the defs were located in; I cannot spend the time/money filing complaints in five states & several countries- yet I must defend my TM or watch it become useless.Where multiple defs are involved, may I file in my own District Court- even though the defs are located in other states?
