Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York

Hello, i have a question regarding a trademark and copyright issue:

Assuming i have a Fan site with a domain name like this: www.watchShrek "dot" com, in that site i link to the Youtube video of the "trailer" of the movie "Shrek", that's it, i am not providing a link to the whole movie, i assume that if they want, the movie studio can take the domain away from me ? , but my real question is, can they sue me for any kind of "damages" that i am not aware of ? i am fine with the domain taken away, but is there any risk that i will get sued and asked to pay "damages" for just having that domain and linking to a Youtube video of the trailer ?

Thanks a lot

Yes, a lawsuit against you would be possible. You would be in violation of the trademark rights involving Shrek and, if the link is to an unauthorized posting of the trailer, in violation of the copyright to the trailer.
