can you move out at 17

can your parents make you go home at 17 and can you legaly move out.

Yes your parents can use the family court to return you and if you refuse can ask a judge to incarcerate you. that incarceration can go beyond 18 under certain circumstances. You can only legally move out if you become emancipated.
