Is beard prohibited by law while working in the restaurant? Is it discrimination if someone is not giving you job because you have beard? If It Is discrimination, what should a person do?

There is a requirement in the health code that facial hair be covered with a snood by cooks and servers.

If a restaurant is unwilling to hire you, the facts of the particular case need to be examined to determine if it is discriminatory.
