My boss said ''take the job or sleep with me''

Everything started a year ago when my now-boss offered me a job. Then he told me that there will be only one problem as I have to sleep with him if I want the job... I didn't of course but I still got the job. Later on, he asked me many times to sleep with me if i want to change of position. He also offered me to take his administrative assistant job (I have a master degree). He always says remarks on the way I look or dress. He also brings me down all the time. I brought it to the HR's attention but nothing is done, i still work for him. It seems that he knows about my complain as he now wants me to go to another department. He also does not talk to me anymore. What can I do?
