Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

commission sales laws ny

My husband is paid a draw against commission. A client owes 15,000 of which his boss is charging him back for his portion of the debt. The

client has not filed bankruptcy yet. Due to loss of other sales he is currently not paying him at all. What are the laws in this New York

in regard to this issue?
