Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

The EEOC is asking what I'm looking to get from my sexual harassment and retalition against my employer. They did nothing about my claims for 16 weeks and I have provided proof that my employer lied on there responce to the sexual harassmemt

If they're asking for your settlement amount, you should provide it.

It may mean your employer intends to resolve your case with a reasonable payout.

Discuss the matter with the investigator.

If the EEEOC isn't doing anything with your case, you still have to wait 6 months to get a right a sue letter.
