My employer let the health insurance lapse (failure to pay premiums) and claims are being denied. He still deducts insurance premiums from our paychecks and has told no one about the lapse. I found out because of the denial of a submitted claim. What recourse do I have

Ask your employer if he intends to continue providing coverage and if not, when will he return the premiums deducted from your paycheck.
