Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

employment wages

I work 40 plus hours a week, but my pay stub says that I worked nine hours at a pay rate of $34 an hour. How do I collect the wages for the hours I was not paid for?

Re: employment wages

If you worked overtime (more than 40 hours in a week), the FLSA mandates that you must be paid 1.5x your hourly wage for each hour of overtime or segment thereof. Wilfull failure to comply can result in payment of 3x your hourly wage.

Please contact my office via FLSAattorney.com or by email if you would like to schedule a consultation.
