excused dr appts
If you have paid time off coming to you and submit the appropriate form to your manager to take a day off or even leave early for an appt. is it legal for them to request a written doctors note from you saying where you were? I feel like my privacy is being violated.

It depends on the rules of the company you work for and what is in your contract (if you have one.) If you have the time coming to you it seems you shouldn't have to account for how you spend it.
