Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I am an executive paid on fix and commission.

A colleague and I landed got the foot in the door of a large client. We worked on a deal but when it was a question of presenting our report and findings, my boss said that the entire team should not go to the presentation and besides it would be better to have Americans present (I am from Europe) because the client is from the midwest. From then on I was cut out of all meetings and now that the deal has been sold I am being cut out of my commission.

It feels like misappropriation and discrimination.

Is there any legal actions I can take?

Thanks

You might have a claim of discrimination based on national origin but it is difficult to determine based on what you have posted. You should consult an attorney regarding your situation, who can best advise you after he or she reviews all of the facts of the case.
