i have a family member that was charged with stealing money from her employer - she did a jail term , got 5 years probation and was ordered to pay 150,000 - the 5 years has almost elapsed - she has paid some monies (not quite sure how much) - when her 5 year term is up will her prodation be extended - i live in Ireland, will they be able to travel here without restriction? - also can her former employer bring a civil action
