i just got fired for \"stealing\" company time. I apparently clocked in and sat in the break room. even though i do not remember sitting in the break room they claim they have secret tape footage of me doing so. when i asked to see the tape they said they could not show me. would i have a good case if i pursue this mess?
Not based on what you have described. If you were not in fact in the break room though, this may be a pretext for the real reason you were discharged. That real reason would have to be illegal.
