There is no such law in NY and you do not have a claim under the assumption that all things are equal and it -the bullying- is not related to a protected status, such as, age, disability, race,nationality, sex, sexual orientation, past criminal conviction, genetic information, pregnancy, family status or the belief that the victim falls within any of the mentioned protected categories.
