Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Help I need a lawyer who will help me

The dept of labor feels they overpaid me now they are withholding my unemployment and I cannot pay my bills. put in for an appeal but I now dont have Any money had to sell jewerly to have some cash cant pay my rent now they did not give me any warning at all can anyone out there help me?
