I made a mistake and was recently terminated for cause. During the past 2.5 year I had been with the company, i constantly was living in fear and my manager threatened to moved to another department for no reason, which could possibly be gender discrimination as I am the only woman in the team. And the person he was planning to replace me with had little or no knowledge of the segment I was handling. I was also verbally threatened that I will not be there if it was not for him. These incidents in the past 2.5 years, certainly lay grounds for the mistake that I did. I hope they could change the termination reason on my U5 and award me with performance bonus that i was supposed to be entitled to for year 2012 in 1 month time.
