Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
i was recently fired from my job at allstate insurance i was the only african american employee there for the two weeks being there I brought in 3 auto policies and an homeowners policy, the other employee that was hired the same time as me did not bring in any business at all. Then on Saturday i received a phone call from the boss saying how he was letting me go and keeping the other employee and he can not give me my bonus. Is there any way i can sue the agent or even Allstate?

I f the termination was based upon racial discrimination, you should file a complaint with either the NY City or NY State Human Rights Commission.
