Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I'm a salaried employee (Store Manager)for GameStop, who worked approximately 60hrs a week and was paid 40hrs a week bi-weekly. Due to health reasons I went on medical leave.my pay reflected less then salary on pay before medical leave kicked in. Also, when short term disability kicked in I noticed deductions of PTO (vacation, person, sick , and holiday) from total Short term disability pay.

I've also just received an administrative leave notice yesterday due to end on 02/13/2011, while I've still been seeking medical aid, due to passing out, tremors, diabetic neuropathy and other ailments, all of which took its toll at work thus causing me to go on medical leave.

Is this legal and what can be done?

You may have an action against your employer for wage/hour (FLSA) violations relating to your employer not compensating you properly in your capacity as 'manager'.

If you wish to discuss this further, you may contact my office at FLSAattorney.com or via email.
