Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

sexual harassment

I live in New York and I am being sexually harassed by my immediate supervisor. I brought this to the attention of the executive director and yet the person perpetrating the harassment is still my supervisor only now I am targeted for perceived infractions.

To what degree is upper management liable?

Re: sexual harassment

Management can certainly be liable. It would depend upon the actual circumstances and the type of company etc. If you would like to email me the circumstances I can have someone from our firm contact you about your rights. This is something we deal with all of the time. I can be reached at [email protected]
