sick at work
We recently were flooded at my job. Even though repairs are complete, there is a strong moldy odor permeating my work area.
I am mold sensitive and at the end of the day I am hoarse, congested and dizzy.I told my boss I cannot continue to come into work until they investigate for mold. Do I have any rights in this matter?

See your doctor and explain what is happening to you and get his recommendation. The next step is to make a written formal request for a reasonable ADA accommodation (different work location). Remember, you must attempt to resolve this matter by communicating your your company before taking any legal steps.
