small claims subpoena

i have been served with a witness subpoena in a small claims case. the case fall during my vacation, i don't want to testify, what do i do?

Contact the issuing party. See if there is a way to take your testimony before your date or ask for an adjornment of the trial. Finally if they refuse contact an attorney who may be able to help you with the court.
