Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Can I sue my employer for discrimination at my job. He gives priorities to illegal people cause they are easier to manipulate.

It might be considered national origin discrimination. Some may call it reverse national origin discrimination. In any event, read more at the EEOC's website. I think reverse national origin discrimination should be used more by employees who are being discriminated against in the terms and conditions of employment or hiring and firing.
