Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Unfair termination

My Employer terminated me, based on medical reasons. I filed for unemployment, and was denied. I had a hearing in front of an ALJ and the case was decided in my favor. The judge overrulled the company on voluntary resignation and misconduct. And ordered benifits to be paid. It was a trucking company that I worked for. Are there any other legal options I now have? I have filed an EEOC claim as well.

Re: Unfair termination

You may have a disability discrimination claim, which you probably already know because you filed a claim with the EEOC. You may also have claims under State and City discrimination statutes.
