Where I work the head of H/R and P/R have had some type of relationship while both were employed at this job. H/R refuses to discipline P/R. P/R has continuously made my job a nightmare. I have even tried to bring sexual harassment against her for revealing her breast several times. But I ended up getting in trouble. All the department heads joke about her and her attire but no one with discipline her. Is there anything that I can do to make the nightmare end?
