Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I work 2 job in the state of New York and my doctor took me out of work because of medicine reason due to lymphedema from breast cancer, because I can't do any lifting, but on one of my job I do a great deal of lifting and i get disabily from this job but my other job i just answer phone with is my part-time job and I don't get disability from it can I still get disability from my job I do the lifting on and return to my other job, or do I have to be out of both of them to receive my disability.

Speak to a Social Security Disability Lawyer in your area. If they file for you, they only get paid a statutory max of about $581 out of your first payment (which is backdated to the date of app). it is well worth it to do.
