appeal eviction

Someone knocked on my door and handed me a letter from my landlord 7 day termination notice , it stated that I flooded my neighbors apt causing extensive damages and he wants me out I have tried ti speak to my landlord to resolve this issue I am a single mother of three, my youngest collects social security benifits, he suffers fromm ODD ADHD and seizure disorder.My son is quite a handful at times, I must admit there has been accidental floods. my lease expires in july of 2006. Me and my children dread leaving the only home they know PLEASE HELP We don't want to leave our home

Go to court, put in a defense as far as your son's medical condition, get some medical documentation and show that you are getting some help for him in seeking to remedy the matter. This might be able to stave off the eviction for now, but if you do nothing you will be evicted and the landlord will have not only the right but the obligation to evict you since your family is hindering the rights of other tenants to live without harm to their own homes.
