where to file small claim?
I was living in a Bronx apartment, the owner lives in Putnam Valley,New York. I now live in Yonkers, New York, and wish to sue him for my security deposit which I never received. Can I use form CIV-SC-50 ''Civil Court of the City of New York'' to file my small claim?

You can bring the claim in his county or Bronx, NY. Yes. That is the correct form for NYC small claims court.
