we are two guys named as subtenant and occupants in an apartment sublease agreement.
one of us signed this agreement and the other didn't . is this agreement valid?
if yes ,for the guy who didn't singe, is he responsible for any thing

Yes, the agreement is still valid. For the fellow that did not sign, he is responsible for the use and occupancy of the apartment.
