i need to know how to take a landlord to small claims court
i am unsure of the laws and regulations in my area to take someone to small claims court and i wanted to know if someone could give me some info

In small claims you would have to commence an action in the County where the defendant resides. Therefore, I would talk to the small claims clerk in the County where the defendant resides.
