i signed a yearly lease with my landlord and section 8 in ny my landlord wants me to break my lease because she claimes that i have 2 many visitors. i just moved in and i had a house warming and now she claims she see alot of people at my home

You do not have to "break your lease".
If the landlord feels you violated the terms, let him start eviction procedures and prove it in court.
