Re: needs lawyer

I am sorry to respond with so little comfort. If you have no lease, then you may be given 30 days to move and then taken to court.

The only plus I can give you is that you can delay moving out up to six months if it goes to court. You must respond to the petition for an order of eviction and then ask the judge for the full six months.

Good luck.

Re: needs lawyer

you can fight this in court, generally you can not be evicted from your home without a court order to do so. It is VERY important you contact an attorney immediately.

I will be able to help you through this situation. Feel free to contact me though the email address provided below or call my office at 2127098303
